Owner / Stylist
Elsie has been in the industry for over 30 years and is the owner of Salon Té Elle Cé celebrating its 23rd anniversary in McHenry County this Fall. She became a Redken Certified Colorist in 2009 after extensive training at the New York Redken Exchange. Elsie is an expert in color correction and beautifully detailed haircuts as well as all things hair. Her strong ability to listen to her guests and her attention to detail will ensure you are taken care of from the moment you sit in her chair until you walk out the door.

Stylist
Rhiannon is a 1999 graduate from the Cosmetology Spa Institute and she has been with the salon since 2002. Rhiannon listens carefully to her guests, offers suggestions, and excels at keeping her guests well informed on how to maintain their style at home. She is extremely well versed in all hair services, and also offers manicures, pedicures, and shellacs. Rhiannon is exceptionally talented at women’s and men’s haircuts, special occasion hair, and customizing hair colors that complement her guests.

Stylist
Amanda is a graduate of The Salon Professional Academy. She has been exposed to the salon industry her whole life. She decided to follow in the footsteps of her mom, by making it her career in 2008. She became Redken Certified Colorist in 2009 after extensive training at the New York Redken Exchange. Amanda places a high value on listening and communicating with her guests as well as furthering her knowledge with advanced education. She excels at customized hair color, balayage, and styling.
Jessie

Jessie

Stylist
Jessie is a 2012 graduate from Mario Tricoci and has been with Salon Té Elle Cé since 2014 where she started as an associate to Elsie. The following year, Jessie got promoted to stylist and joined the salon floor doing hair and nails. Her professionalism and hunger for knowledge make her an amazing stylist. She does an amazing job communicating with her guests and keeping them educated about their hair. She isn’t afraid to push the envelope to get the best results for her guests all while keeping the hair strong and healthy. She is exceptionally talented with blondes, foil placement, and special occasion styles.

Amani grew up in McHenry and is a graduate of the Cosmetology and Spa Academy. She is very passionate about the industry, and enjoys making her guests feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit. Amani is very driven and always going above and beyond to help her guests understand their hair and achieve their desired hairstyle.

Amanda S. graduated from cosmetology and spa academy in 2021. Cosmetology and beauty has always been a passion of hers since she was young. Amanda loves being a part of such an amazing industry. Her goal is to make every client feel and look like the best version of themselves. She enjoys doing transformative color services. Amanda takes pride in her career, and is eager to learn and grow as a stylist.

Jessica D. has been in the hair industry since 2005. Since graduating from Lake County Tech Campus, Jess has focused on building relationships with her clients that extend further than the salon. If you've seen her work, you know her favorite is low-maintenance blondes, but she loves to switch it up with fashion colors and beautiful brunettes.

Stylist/Nail Technician 

Abby is a graduate of Cosmetology and Spa Academy. She enjoys all aspects of cosmetology because of the creativity involved in transforming someone into an enhanced version of themselves. When she was younger, she had a spark of passion that encouraged her to start learning about hair and nails, and decided to make it a career. She always strives to make her clients feel satisfied and beautiful.

Assistants / Receptionists

Meet Allie! She is one of our talented shampoo assistants/receptionists. Allie is a senior at Mchenry Upper Campus, and her goal is to pursue cosmetology after she graduates. She enjoys working in the salon environment because it doesn’t feel like work to her, and she loves making people happy! Allie is extremely personable, attentive, and she gives an amazing shampoo. Allie excels at making guests feel relaxed and comfortable when they visit the salon. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

Receptionist

Maureen joined the salon in June. She is attentive, personable, and exceeds expectations. Her warm, outgoing personality makes her a joy to be around. Maureen’s attention to detail and outstanding communication ensure that our guests have a fantastic experience from when they schedule an appointment. Maureen grew up in McHenry but currently resides in Wauconda with her husband Rob of 33 years, and they have two adult children, Trevor and Danielle.

Assistant/Receptionist 

Chrissy grew up in the northwest suburbs but currently resides in Spring Grove with her husband. She’s a proud military mom who’s motto is everyday is a positive day. When you enter the salon, her contagious smile greets you! Chrissy is enthusiastic about working in the salon, eager to learn and enjoys being a part of making our guests feel great. She is always making herself available assisting guests and stylists ensuring the salon operates smoothly.
